Terms of Service

You are contracting with Demetrious Belser, doing business as RouteHome, the seller of the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, brokerage, or other organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter a contract where you live.

RouteHome helps home buyers, renters, and real-estate professionals discover for-sale, open-house, and rental properties and organize them into an optimized viewing route with driving directions, dwell times, and shareable itineraries. Business accounts may purchase featured listings, advertisements, and sponsored placements.

Property information, availability, pricing, open-house times, travel times, and map data come from third-party sources and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. RouteHome is not a real-estate brokerage, lender, or agent, does not list or sell property, and does not provide real-estate, legal, financial, or tax advice. Always confirm property details and appointments directly with the listing agent, landlord, or owner before you travel.

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at Demetriousb@yahoo.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or discriminatory purpose, including violating fair housing laws;
• send spam or unsolicited commercial messages, or submit false listing, claim, or advertising information;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights, including by uploading listing photos or copy you do not have rights to;
• scrape, crawl, bulk-export, resell, or redistribute listing data, map data, or route results;
• reverse engineer the Service, circumvent usage limits or paywalls, or share accounts to exceed plan quotas;
• probe, scan, overload, or interfere with the Service or its security, or introduce malware.

You keep ownership of the content you submit (business details, listing claims, ad copy, images, notes). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service. You represent you have the rights to everything you submit.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, email Demetriousb@yahoo.com with the details and we will review and remove infringing material where appropriate. Accounts that repeatedly infringe will be terminated. We may remove, restrict, or refuse content and claims at our discretion.

RouteHome and its licensors own the Service, including the software, route optimization logic, design, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you have selected. No other rights are granted.

Paid plans (including Pro subscriptions, featured listings, business advertisements, and sponsored spotlights) are billed on the interval shown at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled. Free plans include usage limits, such as a monthly cap on optimized routes, which we may adjust with notice.

Orders are processed through our third-party payment processor. Payment, billing, taxes, invoicing, cancellation, and refund mechanics are handled by Demetrious Belser d/b/a RouteHome together with that processor. See our Refund Policy for our money-back guarantee.

We work to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that routes, travel times, or listing data will be accurate. Features may change, and we may suspend access for maintenance.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel a subscription from your account page. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may request an export of your saved homes and tours within 30 days, after which we may delete your data.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost data, missed viewings, or loss of goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date, and continued use after the change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and disputes will be handled by the state or federal courts located there. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
