• Account data — email address, password credentials (stored hashed by our authentication provider), display name, and sign-in provider. Used to create and secure your account. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Tour and search data — search locations and ZIP codes, filters, saved homes and apartments, tour stops, dwell times, and optimized routes. Used to provide the core route-planning service. Legal basis: contract.
• Business and advertising data — business name, contact name, work email, phone, listing claims, and inquiry messages submitted through our advertising or partner forms. Used to respond to you and administer paid placements. Legal basis: contract and legitimate interests.
• Support messages — the content of emails and form submissions you send us. Used to answer you. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Usage, device, and log data — pages viewed, features used, request counts and quota usage, approximate location derived from a search you enter, device and browser type, and IP address. Used for service operation, quota enforcement, rate limiting, fraud and abuse prevention, security, and product improvement. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Marketing preferences — if you opt in to product updates. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we do not sell your personal data.

• Service providers / subprocessors — hosting and database, authentication, mapping and geocoding, property data providers, email delivery, and analytics or error monitoring, each processing data only on our instructions.
• Our payment processor, for the sale of our products, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, invoicing, and billing support.
• Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and insurance advisers where necessary.
• Authorities — where required by law, legal process, or to protect rights and safety.
• Successors — a buyer or successor in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We keep account, tour, and saved-property data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or ask us to, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep records longer for tax, accounting, security, or legal reasons. Business inquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Security and rate-limit logs are kept for a short period, typically under 90 days.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, and complain to your data protection authority. If you are in the UK or EEA, these rights come from the UK GDPR / EU GDPR and we will respond within one month. If you are a California resident, you may request access, deletion, and correction, and you will not be discriminated against for exercising those rights.

We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in the US and other countries. Where personal data is transferred out of the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK Addendum, or an adequacy decision.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, encryption at rest with our hosting provider, row-level access controls on our database, restricted administrative access, rate limiting, and input validation. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may also use limited analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage.
